The title of this blog post might sound a little silly as what follows is an answer to a question not usually, if ever come to think of it, is asked of me (no doubt because I'm pretty well known for my deep, unwavering love of blogging and vlogging) yet it's one I want to document, for me as much as for you.
Firstly, big thanks to Eurostar for inviting us to the magical town of Avignon in the South of France- and to the Avignon Tourist Board for their advice and generosity too-merci beaucoup!
A weird post to write I hear you cry (does anyone cry anymore or shriek for that matter or do we now just insert emoticons and move on with our lives?!)- I digress, for those who don't know (where've you been people)-I just won the double at the BritMums in Brilliance Awards and am literally walking on air...
I reckon I might just be a bit of a Peter Pan ( why there isn't a female equivalent to the youth-chasing PP I don't know, but that surely requires a whole other post)- essentially my point is, I refuse to GROW UP or more so, I don't feel that different from the 21 year old girl I was erm, (Googles a calculator)-14 years ago (case in point)- despite two kids and 2 c-sections (ouch) and cement thick concealer to hide my my eye bags.
If you want to succeed in business- and in life, you need to have a purpose, you need to work out what you're passionate about, what feeds your soul- and potentially your tummy (we all need dollar) and then you must work on finding the strength, means and time to make that dream a reality.
There's nothing I love more than looking at old photos from my childhood (bar the 10 year old school pictures that is- my eyebrows aka Carpet World samples were let's say, ahead of their time when it came to brow trends, and most of those scary shots have found their way into the bin-eek!
I want this post to be as positive as possible, really I do but I write this with a frustratingly sore, burnt leg after I spilt a cup of boiling hot tea down myself- and over my poor laptop (which has only just recovered from being swamped by water earlier this month enduring a trip to Google Android hospital) so the pain in my leg might just reveal itself in my words.
