We all have s*** days, that's life right, but sometimes those tough days can feel relentless, and they can often morph into s*** months or even years. A lot of last year for my family and I was utter pants. Not professionally, but personally.
I received a letter in the post recently informing me that I needing a cervical screening. I immediately panicked at the terminology before realising (thanks to Google) that this was the fancy term for a...
I have a confession to make. I’m a 42-year-old mum, journalist and Sunday Times-bestselling author, but I have the grand total of one GCSE!
Close mates of mine are considering trying for bambinos soon and they've been asking me questions, a lot of questions, so this post is for them, and for you, if you're worried that having babies might take over your brain and warp who you are.
So half term was part 'chill out' time and part 'let's start prepping for our move down south'. We won't move until the summer and whilst I lived in London for 11 years before relocating back when Oliver was 1, it feels like quite a big move as we have two kids now.
So BIG ANNOUNCEMENT klaxon: we're moving back down South in the summer, to Windsor most likely, or close by in the outskirts of London.
We all get overwhelmed, huh? I'm feeling it right now, so much so I could just go lie down and enjoy a disco nap despite it being 4.10pm!

The title of this blog post might sound a little silly as what follows is an answer to a question not usually, if ever come to think of it, is asked of me (no doubt because I'm pretty well known for my deep, unwavering love of blogging and vlogging) yet it's one I want to document, for me as much as for you.

I reckon I might just be a bit of a Peter Pan ( why there isn't a female equivalent to the youth-chasing PP I don't know, but that surely requires a whole other post)- essentially my point is, I refuse to GROW UP or more so, I don't feel that different from the 21 year old girl I was erm, (Googles a calculator)-14 years ago (case in point)- despite two kids and 2 c-sections (ouch) and cement thick concealer to hide my my eye bags.
An interview with superstar Anastacia.
If you want to succeed in business- and in life, you need to have a purpose, you need to work out what you're passionate about, what feeds your soul- and potentially your tummy (we all need dollar) and then you must work on finding the strength, means and time to make that dream a reality.
