John Lewis Plymouth Touch Task Lamp: A Review.
I love, love, love John Lewis (who doesn’t?) from their tear jerking ad campaigns to their incredible customer service and pretty much all of their range of products from prams to pillow cases because they scream (OK it’s John Lewis, they don’t scream, they discreetly whisper in a proud, posh voice) quality. Up most quality. Always and forever more.
So you can imagine when I was sent this most beautiful of lamps, I literally pirouetted with happiness-there can never be too many lovely lights in a home as far as I’m concerned and this one is just oh so pretty. In antique turquoise/aqua and at £65, the light has now become the centerpiece to our vintage style lounge side table, totally complementing the warm russet lounge signature wall and antique pieces on the fireplace.
It was too stunning for my office although it would be perfect on my desk with its adjustable head and touch functionality or as a bedside table lamp for late night reading of Elle Decoration but I wanted to make a show of it, put the spotlight (excuse the pun) on it. Well look at it, it really is ridiculously awesome. Thank you John Lewis for ‘enlightening me’ (OK I’ll stop now)… but thank you very much.
We were given the lamp in return for this honest review.
