Sunday saw us head to one of my brother’s Italian restaurants: Giorgio’s set in a gorgeous listed building in Rodley, Leeds for an epic three course feast.
We don’t do things by halves in this family and that includes our portion sizes: we literally rolled home after the carb-coma induced there!
It was worth it though!
I’ve pretty much cheated on food with fashion in this post-and only have shots of the beautiful babes and me posing with in a H&M dress which matters the floor tiles.
Bad food blogger. I’ll try harder next time, promise!
Rendez-vousing with old mates Rachel and Richard, who I’ve known since I was 16 from our sixth form days (which feel like YESTERDAY btw-how are we 35?!), is always fun.
Our kids love each other too which means we get to chill out for the most part while they eat and play.
And boy did they eat.
Kids watching other kids eat equals more eating. Even when it comes to picky eaters like my eldest.
We watched wide-eyed as they stuffed pizza, pasta and gelato into their little beaks without taking a breath!
Anyway, I’m going to let the photos do the talking now because they’re just too cute to waste space with words.
Told you.
Thank goodness for wet wipes hey- and running off spaghetti-joules in the local park!

…A play in Horsforth Park with a stroll around the Japanese gardens before the rain got the better of us was pure bliss.
I napped all the way home.
The most perfect Sunday.
