It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas-yay! Can you tell it’s gotten me excited?!

I’ve always been a huge fan of the festive season and this has only been exemplified since having kids.

Everything about Christmas is amazing! The food (what diet??), the decorations (I’ve always been a sucker for twinkling fairy lights) and of course…the shopping! (You never have too many LBD’s right?).

However, first and foremost, Christmas is, and always has been, about family, which is why I’m excited to be taking part in Littlewood’s #MakeTheirChristmas campaign, celebrating all the things that make Christmas special!

But first… Have you seen Littlewood’s Christmas ad featuring their brand ambassador Myleene Klass playing the OneRepublic song ‘Counting Stars’ on a Steinway Piano?

Simply mesmerising!

Go check out Littlewood’s Christmas gifts range – perfect for spoiling your loved ones and do share your Christmas rituals too using the hashtag #maketheirchristmas.

Our Christmas ritual is to gather at my parents’ house for a massive festive feast.

It’s the house that I grew up in, and love spending time there-a home full of wonderful memories and so much Big Fat Greek love!

Opening of presents together, champagne, lunch and the Queen’s Speech is usually the order of the day and there’s nowhere we’d rather be, than together.

I’m even more excited for this year’s festivities as it’s my brand new baby nephew, Zachary’s first Christmas too and we can’t wait to spoil him rotten!

Here are some photos from Christmases past!

My parents both make such an effort at Christmas-my mum dresses the table with this gorgeous gold antique crockery and the dining room always looks so beautiful.

You know its Christmas when the posh plates come out! 😉

Or even lobster! Ooh la la!

And of course no Christmas is complete without the turkey!

And this is no ordinary turkey! May I introduce you to Papa G’s signature turkey – full of flavour and oh so succulent! Delish!

The perks of having an award winning chef for a Dad hey?!

A bit of champers to finish/start/supped throughout the day…

And that’s pretty much my perfect Christmas!

Haha thanks, we watched so many JLewis ones from over the last few years with Oliver last night, I was in tears! Dad is a brilliant chef, such fun too x

I’m slightly envious of the classic winter Christmas that i am seeing featured everywhere at the moment with the gorgeous tables and roast dinners! We are in NZ so it’s summer, out with the BBQ and shorts and T-shirts! Very casual. That all looks delicious!

  3. Babes about Town

Such a gorgeous family! And that reminds me I need to track down the posh plates I’ve inherited from my parents (never bought a posh platter in my life lol), so that I can recreate the type of Christmases we had when I was little. Would love to sit with the Psarias family for some Xmas din dins x

  4. North East Family Fun

Love it when the posh plates and cutlery come out for Christmas – we even push the boat out with a table cloth! HAHA! Seriously though, spending time with the family is what makes Christmas special for me xx
