We're all so busy, parenting is 24/7, even if you're not with your kids for 24/7-it's hard to truly switch off.
Mid January (the 13th to be precise) saw me spend an evening with healthy, new yoghurt drink Optiwell, a bunch of bloggers, and my newest collaborator here on the blog (more of that soon) registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist Laura Clark, at the Cowshed in Shoreditch House, London.
As I mentioned in December 2015 (that seems so long ago now)! 2016 is the year of the collaboration for me, and that it is!
Christmas is the time for friends and family to get together and as the 'hostess with the mostess', I love nothing more than having everyone round my maison to celebrate the festive season.
We love entertaining here and it's been a month of partying this November from my birthday (which has been dragged out for pretty much most of the month-well you only turn 35 once right?!... to my cousin's epic 21st birthday party on Saturday night).
Within the gorgeous gift bag I left with after the wonderful dinner with Antonio Carluccio himself a few weeks ago, were the ingredients to recreate his exquisite pappardelle al funghi-so I gave it a whirl at home. I hope you love it as much as we do!
