My gorgeous and oh so glam-'can you believe she's 50' Aunty Zak flew in from Marbella where she and her husband Chris live, to celebrate her 50th in Leeds with all her closest family and friends. And boy was it a Big Glam Greek 50th!
A day out at Diggerland- not my usual idea of a fun weekend I'll be honest with you...I love getting outside with the kids though, to parks, farms, country walks and weekends away on the coast but not usually driving diggers. How wrong could I be? I probably had more fun than my 3 year old.
As well as being a blogger and founder of this here blog, I'm also an award-winning filmmaker and mother of two. I'm honoured to be taking part in the Mamas & Papas' Urbo campaign alongside Edith Bowman, Charlie Condou and Cherry Healy, giving an account of life as a working parent and my views on celebrating modern parenting.

The last few days have been super sunny in the UK and it's made us all feel fabulously happy again! There's nothing like warm walks in the park and eating al fresco to brighten up the day.
My kids are cool (natch) but I was especially proud this morning when Oliver announced he wanted my recent purchase of "Trevor 'Elson' on please Mummy".
