Happy Valentine’s Day all!

…Since a new man entered my life that cold January two years ago, my heart belongs to him. I still gave my husband Peter a pretty card I made, including the heartfelt words of, “You’re the best husband in the world and would be nearly perfect if you managed to put your dirty socks in the wash basket” scribbled lovingly inside.

Who said romance was dead?! My number one boy of course, is below.  My nearly perfect husband comes in at a close second though (he’s the slightly less cute one who unlike his son, is not too keen on having his picture taken).

Oliver and I got a bit crafty yesterday and who knew,  with only a few stickers and some loose card you can give Clintons a run for their money. Cute huh.

I made my kids some wierd valentines with kitschy images downloaded from the internet from the 50s, one was of two sweet potatoes saying ‘I YAM MAD ABOUT YOU’; the other was two fried eggs saying ‘I MAY BE SMALL FRY BUT I HAVE A HEART OF GOLD.’ They seemed to appreciate them but probably think I’m bonkers. Happy valentines to you and your boys!

Thanks Babes, they’re not bad are they? Hope you are lavished with lots of love today and always too from those beautiful boys of yours. Sticking and card making was so much fun. Might start doing it every day. Just don’t tell anyone and ruin my street cred yeah? x
