Home decor has always been a passion of mine and I love searching out handcrafted, artisan home ware that will give my home a certain je-ne-sais-quoi, those statement pieces that will add character and show off my personal style.
Picking out artisan pieces allows me to make my home my own, carefully curating selected objects that reflect our family and home life.
I love the idea of owning limited edition or small batch pieces that only a few other people will have in their home, allowing me to create a space that is truly special and unique.
Usually I pick these kind of pieces up on holiday or from independent retailers in London or Yorkshire where I live, but with a crazy busy blogging and family life, indulging in some retail therapy is a rarity!
As my work-home life has become busier, my shopping habits have gravitated more and more online.
I’m a huge fan of Home of Artisans, an online boutique that sells the best in handcrafted, beautifully designed objects for your home.
Founded by Belinda Hall (you can read my wonderful women interview with her here), the team behind the site travel the world in search of work by talented artisans.
Many of the artwork on the site are one offs or made to order.
And you most certainly won’t find any of their products on the mass market.
I’m excited to announce that I have teamed up with Home of Artisans and one lucky Honest Mum reader can win three beautiful piece from their site, collectively worth £120
The pieces included in the prize are:
Twist Knitted Cushion in Cream and Marine £80
1 x Tea-Light Holder, £20
