I was amused to see the trend #buynothingday emerge via twitter on the now renowned #blackfriday at the time. As we are about to enter into another year I wondered if this was time to start the trend #nodietjanuary? Christmas is a time of non stop scoffing. A second trip to the buffet, polishing off that bottle of champagne, stealing your hubby's mince pie when he's not looking..! Yep...I'm guilty of all of those, and tucking into chocolate round the Christmas clock too!
What can I say? I'm pretty impressionable, particularly when it comes to anything health-wise. I want to feel and OK, look, my best and I've never felt this more since having kids because like all parents, we simply want to be strong and well for our kids, as much as ourselves.
I love yoga! I practise it 3 mornings a week and the odd evening too and often that might just be 10 minutes but it makes the world of difference, to my well being, how toned I look and feel and well, it makes me happy.
