Life is busy right now. Crazy busy but I've never been happier. I love being rather manic, it's my default mode, and doing what I love: blogging and all that that entails is constantly stretching and stimulating me. I feel ALIVE people!
I literally can't believe my baby boy, Xander turned 3 on Sunday, my charming, loveable, second born son is simply growing up too quickly and I'd like it to stop, STOP I tell you- I want him to remain my baby always, and I suppose he always will be just that, my littlest, youngest love.
If you've found my blog through some explicit adult only Google search (!) let me start by pointing out that, sorry, it's not that kind of post.
Today is about my kids sleeping in my bed-both kids, a fair few times a week.
We call it 'Musical Beds' here, are you familiar with this 'game'?
Wow what a whirlwind the FunFest Blogger Summit was last weekend! It was one of those feel-good inspiring events that made me feel energised and excited (even more, if that was possible) about this beautiful world of blogging!
The weekend just gone saw this family head to our happy place of the Yorkshire Coast to spend some quality down time in the breathtaking Broom House on Egton Bridge as part of the Dorset Cereals Dorset B&B Awards campaign.
A few weeks ago I visited the stunning Jalon Valley in Spain c/o James Villas.
The vacay was a wonderfully relaxing, rustic getaway and it's been tough-going adapting back to normal life again.
I want to start by writing how incredibly grateful I am that this blog means wonderful travel opportunities for my family and I which allows us to see and experience parts of the world we've not visited before, both near and far.
It's been practically tropical in Yorkshire over the last few days with highs of 25, so with the sun beaming above us, we made our way to Stockled Park for a magical little Saturday.
Oh my, where to start with our time at the newly opened Rainbow Factory in Farsley, Leeds-as soppy as it sounds I find myself welling up recalling our experience there as it was like no other we've had as family, before.
I'm so incredibly proud and besotted with my boys Oliver, 5 and Alexander, 2, so this post is first and foremost for them: my darling sons, so they can one day reflect on the blog and know how loved they are and how much they enrich mine and my husband's lives.
I've recently returned from a incredibly relaxing and restorative break at the Martinhal Beach Resort and Hotel in Sagres, Portugal, where I spent 5 lush days with my favourite lady, my Mum, Vasoulla.
What can I say? I'm pretty impressionable, particularly when it comes to anything health-wise.
I want to feel and OK, look, my best and I've never felt this more since having kids because like all parents, we simply want to be strong and well for our kids, as much as ourselves.
We're now back from a dream holiday in Jamaica reviewing Beaches Resorts Ocho Rios, and while there, my little heros learnt how to swim in utterly stylish gifted swimwear by celebrity favourite Sunuva.
