When I think back to having my first baby, Oliver, now 7, in January 2010 I mostly remember feeling utterly petrified.
Meh to Mondays hey, nobody likes them, am I right?..and after a wonderful weekend away to celebrate Mother's Day, this post-weekend slump has hit me harder than usual. Weep.
It was my birthday yesterday-whoop, whoop, whoop (insert all the cake, balloons and champagne emojis) and I'm now 36!!
I know what you're thinking, dramatic title right? But it's true, I pretty much hate myself during PMT time which can be anything from 1 day (lucky) to 1 week or more (un-freaking-lucky) so I'm writing this from one honest mama to another because if you're suffering too and hate yourself when it's that time of the month, you're not alone because I am too.
Recently, I've noticed a fair few people remark on how confident I am, or at least appear to be (it was mentioned several times at Blog Camp where I spoke recently, with many asking me how they could become more confident when it comes to going on camera or making their blog their business and I receive a lot of emails on the subject too.
