Honest Mum's kids support Sport Relief

This family are proud to support Sport Relief again this year: a vital biannual charity which assists more than 2,000 projects in the UK and around the world thanks to your efforts and donations.

Honest Mum's kids support Sport Relief

This year, the campaign focuses around whatever moves you: exercise that makes you happy be it walking around your neighbourhood (you guys know how much I love walking in Windsor) to dancing in your living room as we do most nights #ClubLounge every night so come get your booty shake on and raise some money!

Since last Sport Relief, thanks to your help they:

    • Treated over 900,000 people across Africa with anti-malarial drugs.
    • Helped over 3.4 million people in Africa through maternal, neonatal and child health funding.
    • Helped more than 50,000 people, in the UK, living with a mental health problem.

You can take part in one epic, national challenge to beat one billion steps a day, every day, from Saturday 17th to Friday 23rd March with the Sport Relief app or raise money doing anything you enjoy that sees you moving your body.

You can of course buy these beaut tees, headbands and wristbands too. My boys loved the dog print and you know how much I love a pinky palette!

These are stunning photos of you!! Your little dimples…. 😉
Sport is such an important thing to teach our children so it becomes normal (and not a effort) for them to do it – I’m not sporty AT ALL but I have to really force myself to get out there so that my children watch and repeat.
Great cause to be involved in!
