Sunday Fun with Fab Friends

Sunday Fun with Fab Friends.

Last Sunday we spent the day with Rachael, Richard, Holly & Henry for a roast at the Olive Tree, one of my parents’ restaurants followed by park time with the kids and a long walk in the Autumn sunshine to work off the large lunch.

Things that make me happy are lazy Sundays like this with great friends, our kids playing together as we relax after lunch, lots of laughter and putting the world to rights…

A meander around Japanese gardens in the heart of Yorkshire followed by ice cream in the cold (it works, trust me) just might have ended the weekend perfectly. We left the park to pretty trees waving us off in the breeze, dazzling in the last of the sun. Bliss.
