We love a Christmas jumper here and Christmas jumper fun is happening all over the UK in support of Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day on Friday 14th December so we hope you’ll get involved too for a vital cause. Helping those less fortunate is what Christmas is all about!
We met up with Save the Children’s festive suite off Oxford Street yesterday and picked up festive knits to rock tomorrow (Friday 14th) with Oliver and I plumping for vintage numbers from Mary Portas’ Living and Giving shops for Save the Children (I recently filmed with Mary to celebrate the launch of her utterly brilliant Work Like A Woman book) and Xander opted for the elf jumper with bells no less from Amazon Fashion.
Please, please, please ditch your day-to-day dress and don your daftest, most wonderful woollies for this annual fundraiser which helps children all over the world.
To get involved simply register at christmasjumperday.org, wear a woolly on December 14th and donate £2 to Save the Children.
A £2 donation could pay for the antibiotics to treat five children suffering from pneumonia, one of the biggest killers of children. Every single sweater really can make the world better. Now, that’s wearing responsibly!
A whole host of celebrities have popped on a festive pullover to support the return of Save the Children’s Christmas Jumper Day including Holly Willoughby, Ferne Cotton, Shirley Ballas, Katie Piper, Kimberley Wyatt, Gary Kemp, Aston Merrygold, Binky Felstead, Georgia Toffolo, Myleene Klass, Fleur East, Joel Dommett, Vicky Pattison, Nicola Adams and Love Island’s Jack Fincham, Dani Dyer, Dr Alex George, Josh Denzel Eyal Booker, Chris Hughes and Kem Cetinay.
We love ours and particularly love this Polaroid shot of us.
What sort of jumper will you be wearing?
