Updated post.
Next are killing it right now when it comes to Autumn/Winter style and I’m crazy-obsessed with their bold, beautiful and truly flattering frocks.
I’m lucky enough to receive complimentary pieces from the high street brand but I do also regularly buy from them as anyone who follows my Instagram Stories will know. Next and I have been besties forevs!
I just love the quality, style and cuts of the clothes there from jackets to jumpers, dresses and even PJs, plus it’s always a confidence boost to wear a few sizes down than usual as they tend to be super-generous when it comes to sizing.
Advice: always opt for at least one size down when you shop there and sometimes two sizes down.
How dreamy is this ribbon print dress. I think it’s one of my all-time favourite dresses ever!
Next up (get it?! #soz) is this striking red dress I wore to BritMums Live where I sat on a panel, sharing my experience as a blogger and vlogger, and got to hang out with old and new friends alike. I paired the statement dress with a bold red floppy hat from TK Maxx because I love a statement hat (I just forget to take any photos in it)!
Last but not least, I present you this ribbed red dress that’s both comfy yet figure-flattering, skimming the mumtum and creating a long and lean form. Go two dress sizes down with this one as I needed a UK 6 and I’m usually a 10 in other high street stores.
My leopard print boots are c/o Air & Grace, Xander’s red trainers are c/o Clarks and Oliver wears Levi boots from TK Maxx.
…It wasn’t just me rocking the Next gear either as the boys modelled their matching stripey long sleeved tees with me too. I’m dressing them up in identical clothes a lot more now as they both tell me they love it and I’ve never seen them looking cuter to be fair!
I used to reserve matching pieces for special occasions only, but not only do they look adorable wearing the same clothes but it’s easier to locate them in busy places too. Win, win!
Apols for the stained trousers but they’d been running in the park before we snapped these pictures and were then desperate to nibble the baguette we picked up in Waitrose on our travels! When the kids have gotta eat, they’ve gotta eat, right?!
Thanks to Next for my frocks (I bought the boys’ gear) and to Lauren Jobling of Wardrobe Doctor for styling me up a treat as always!
Next are truly nailing it.
Have you been in lately?
P.S A lovely reader told me she now wears dresses because of me-how lovely is that?!
Excitingly, you can win £50 to spend on Next.
