I’ve not blogged since my thyroid operation (more of that when I’ve fully recovered) but I had to jump on the blog to celebrate the amazing men in my life this Father’s Day.
First up, my Dad, the hilarious, energetic and endlessly ambitious Papa G aka George Psarias!

Dad and I often clash because we’re alike in many ways but no one features more frequently in my Mumboss book than he does (as my Mum likes to remind me-sorry Mum). Dad’s joie de vivre and passion for business, food and his family are awe-inspiring. I’ve never known strength like his, either. Whatever the adversity, he stoically overcomes it and with a smile on his face too. His attitude has helped me through my own problems and most recently the fear of my operation. Despite being the life and soul of the party, when you need him, he’s always there.
The photo above was from a campaign Dad and I did last year where we had to work out together that was utterly hilarious because it always is with Dad. Never work with kids, animals or Papa G hey!
Now for my husband…

Peter has boundless strength himself and his love and patience with our kids and no less most recently with me too (as always) where he had to bathe and dress me are testament to his caring character and the love he has for his family. A creative genius, he takes the majority of the photos you see here, is a dab-hand at editing and an IT whizz by day too. What a man.
I feel so lucky to have these beautiful, generous and calming chaps in my life.
Happy Father’s Day to them and to the special men in your lives too.
