A Full Monty Exterior Clean of Our Forever Home By Purple Wellies

Moving into our forever home recently has been a dream come true. After a whole year of renovations, with more work to do (when will it end?!), we booked a thorough clean of the external brickwork as well as the driveway, roof and gutters recently so that the outside matched a brand new interior, inside.

At some point in the (far off) future, we hope to extend to three more bedrooms upstairs (it’s a 4 bed currently) incorporating an office and extra bedrooms and we hope to complete a render on the outside.

The garage will, sooner rather than later hopefully, be converted into a gym as we’re all obsessed with fitness here.

First, however, we will require planning permission for the extension to be approved (never easy in a conservation area) but nonetheless, we’re beyond excited for the changes we’ve already made to the property and our bricks, gutters, roof and driveway are now utterly pristine to boot, thanks to Purple Wellies (get the pun?. Expert services were executed to regain the original brickwork, gutters, drives and roofing on our house making it look like new.

The workmen were professional and friendly, and there wasn’t any damage or mess to our lawns, flower beds or small orchard which circle the property.

We opted for a Full Monty Exterior Clean spanning everything you could possibly need or want from a deep clean.

Starting from the top of the building, Purple Wellies carried out a roof wash, gutter clearing, fascia clean, wall clean, garden wall and fence clean, patio clean, and finally, a driveway clean.

Every part of the exterior of our property was cleaned, restored, refreshed and revitalised using eco-chemicals in a bespoke solution the company use.

Purple Wellies don’t use harsh jet washers – their soft wash system is kinder to the exterior of your home and the biochemicals are safe for plants, lawns, and wildlife.

Exterior colours are restored, stains removed, moss and mildew cleaned and driveways are brought back to life.

Cleaning gutters:

Using Sky Vac technology, along with a lightweight carbon pole system, they were able to clean our gutters thoroughly.

Roof cleaning:

Working from the ground, they use:
– Scraping equipment
– Biochemicals
– Gutter vacuums
– Soft brushes
– All navigated with specially designed light-weight poles.

The roof was completed quickly and looks brand new!

Driveway cleaning:

Purple Wellies clean stone, concrete, tarmac, resin, and block paving and they restored our concrete driveway.

For safety reasons, I’m not able to show the exterior of my home. Perhaps once the electric gates are in and it’s not obvious where we live but for now I am sharing examples of Purple Wellies’ work and restoration on other properties.
