Yesterday was a rather special day for this family as along with my husband Peter, our child Oliver, 4 and my friend Sharmin who was visiting from Amsterdam, I attended the world premiere of Paddington.
Mirka was born and raised in the Czech Republic, and still had a chance to experience the old communist regime. She was just 14 when the Velvet Revolution happened and was able to start studying English which has had a massive influence on her life.
Maria is a Chilean raised in the US with a six year stint in the UK (she was a mum before becoming a mom!) She lives in the Washington D.C. area with her husband and two children; a four year old son and three month old daughter.
