I missed a day vlogging recently (shock horror) but I shared a longer form video instead and I must say, I really am loving vlogging daily: it's fun, means I have wonderful memories to reflect on and it naturalises presenting on camera, making it easier than ever to speak into the lens.
Since I started daily vlogging just 23 days ago, I've been asked lots of wonderful questions from my readers and social media followers, so I thought what better way to answer them than in a vlog.
Recently, I've noticed a fair few people remark on how confident I am, or at least appear to be (it was mentioned several times at Blog Camp where I spoke recently, with many asking me how they could become more confident when it comes to going on camera or making their blog their business and I receive a lot of emails on the subject too.
Yes I'm a full time professional blogger but I'm always learning. Some refer to me as an expert but this is an ever-changing, exciting brave new world so not sure about that but let me tell you, parenting bloggers are HUGELY influential game-changers.
A month ago saw me being commissioned to join a group of ab-fab bloggers Ella of La Petite Anglaise, Rosie from Cider with Rosie, Catherine of Not Dressed as Lamb and Ambarina of Beauty Passionista) to undergo a bareMinerals make over and discuss the beauty label's new and exciting bareSkin Pure Brightening Serum Foundation for a film on their site.
Hey folks, you enjoying the summer? It's been pretty glorious here in Yorkshire! Thanks to all who linked up over at fabulous host Misplaced Brit last week.
This week, I'm sharing a post showcasing a film I was commissioned to feature in for bareMinerals make up. It was a real blogging career highlight for me, I love being on camera and hope to work with this brilliant beauty brand again. Hope you enjoy it!
After the overwhelming response to my post My Career as a Professional Blogger, I want to share more tips and advice and will do regularly on my blog right here.
