Now summer is nearing it's hopefully gloriously hot head, I'm plotting picnics in the sunshine, ice lollies in the paddling pool, football in the park, barbecues and alfresco summer parties : super fun times for my little family, retracing my own happy steps as a child in Yorkshire.
Those who follow this blog know that this family are photo-mad, be it striking a pose in photographs ourselves or simply snapping family days out, the ordinary (park life, the food we love) and the extraordinary (film premieres, holidays, modelling shoots and more), usually my gifted husband Peter behind the lens.
It's funny because despite being a filmmaker, I mostly tend to leave the photographs to my fabulously talented husband Peter. He's a pro (although his day job is in IT) and is repped by the biggest photographic agency in the world.
