Sizzling Style: My Holiday Looks.

A few weeks ago I visited the stunning Jalon Valley in Spain c/o James Villas.

The vacay was a wonderfully relaxing, rustic getaway and it’s been tough-going adapting back to normal life again.

A chance for the whole family to recharge our batteries after a busy 2015, spending our days in our private pool admiring the most incredible views of misty mountains, and vineyards and orange groves as far as the eye could see, I hope it’s not too long before we see stunning Spain again!

The holiday already feels like a million moons ago – not least because I appear to have taken and then left the sun in Spain with me! My bad!

I’m not quite ready to dig out my cable knit jumpers and winter coats from the loft-although I do love A/W, my hope is to eek out the summer that bit longer. It doesn’t officially end until the 23rd right? Right sky?!

As my regular readers will know, I simply adore my dresses. If in doubt, wear a dress I say.

So I was delighted when I discovered this gorgeous Grecian style number in a boutique in Calp, a metropolitan town about 20 minutes from our villa.

I’m of Greek Cypriot descent and love embracing and showcasing my heritage through fashion and this was the perfect opportunity.  It even brought back memories of a cotton short sleeved blouse I wore as a child with embroidery detail picked up in Greece. I even think I still have it somewhere.

‘Bardot’ shoulders are big news this season – the perfect way to show off your décolleté.

I paired the mid length dress with tan block heel sandals I picked up in Next.

And no holiday wardrobe is complete without my beloved sheer panelled dress.

I bought it a few years ago and the dress’s cost per wear must literally be a few pence! It’s perfect for winter too with tights, and is one of my favourite party dresses so you will most definitely be seeing it again!

Another of my holiday faves is this stunning Elsa tassel kaftan in floral black print by BeachHeart.

It was the perfect cover up for the cooler evenings or as a light jacket on shady walks.  This kaftan embodies the glamour of the Mediterranean with its vibrant floral print and playful tassels and don’t forget I’m offering one Mummy’s Got Style reader the chance to win a £40 voucher to spend at Beachheart here.

The villa itself was a fashion bloggers dream. Providing the perfect backdrop for style shoots with its cornflower blue exterior, picturesque vineyards and of course magnificent pool. I might have gone wild on instagram during our stay!

I’m obsessed with vibrant floral prints and this stunning ‘horti-couture’ dress was one of my favourite looks of the holiday.

On the penultimate night, we headed back to town of Calp for unforgettable fiesta for The Virgin Mary where I teamed my me&i LBD with this stunning sheer top by La Redoute, whom I recently worked with on a campaign. 

Naturally I paired it with my oh so glam Nova Harley Miami bag who I model and am an ambassador for.

Technically it’s a baby changing bag but my boys at nearly 3 and 6 still need we to carry food, drinks and extra clothes and I use it as a handbag every day too. I love that it even fits my laptop so is ideal for my work trips.
