LSW London Stationery To Help Alleviate Anxiety
We were kindly sent a beautiful bundle of mindful stationery from LSW London, to help support and boost our mental health. This gift included mind cards to introduce positive habits into our daily routine, with a kid’s edition to boot, as well as a Morning Notes journal for adults and a Worry Notes journal for kids. All impactful, beautifully designed items to help you work through your own anxiety by practising gratitude, commiting to random acts of kindness, beginning new healthy habits and rituals and reflecting on your life.
It is these four areas that the prompts encourage you to focus on. A few prompts from the adult edition I tried for myself which proved to boost by confidence and happiness are below (there are 45 cards in total)
Go for a gratitude walk, noting everything you see and feel grateful for, buy a stranger a coffee; commit to a ritual such as switching off your phone and relaxing and lastly, reflecting on your values (they make you who you are) asking yourself important questions such as ‘what is your life motto’?
The affirmations in the kids’ edition with their Repeat After Me prompts such as, ‘It is normal to make mistakes’ are vital reminders to us too.

The journal includes questions to help you think about your life with tips to help you change your behaviour and mindset.
They were all beautifully packaged in a reusable eco-friendly cotton tote with the empowering reminder that, ‘Everything you need is within’.
Each card set features 45 cards packed with interactive, inspiring and fun prompts to help with emotional regulation, gratitude and mindfulness.

The worry notes encourage children to write down their concerns, helping them to process them, liberate themselves from them, but also reach out for help from their parents and carers.

LSW London was founded by Lili Sinclair-Williams in 2018. Focusing on positive habits to repeat daily, Lili uses her expertise as therapist to curate her favourite techniques, tools and stress-busting exercises into a range of products designed to help you prioritise your wellbeing no matter how busy your schedule.
These items would make a useful edition to schools, encouraging open and honest discussion between pupils and teachers, supporting emotional wellbeing.
As we all rush through life as parents, often juggling work with parenting we often place ourselves last in terms of priorities.
These items are proactive tools which help with stress-relief, building personal growth and resilience. A therapist in card form if you like!
They would make a perfect gift for yourself and your kids this Christmas.
