Here, my Auntie Loulla, renowned chef and restaurateur of Kosmos in Manchester shares one of my most favourite recipes EVER, the Greek Cypriot sweet treat I adore to eat: fried sweet cheese ravioli (Bourekakia tis Anaris).

Tuesday night saw invited to attend the opening night of the Northern Ballet's Cinderella at the Palace Theatre in Manchester.
Last Saturday, we made the 1 1/2 hour drive to Manchester from Leeds for the Christmas Bricktacular at the Trafford Centre.
