Greek bean casserole.
A Greek Cypriot delicacy.
Tomorrow we will be heading off to London before we embark on a family press holiday to Jamaica with Beaches Resorts. We'll be staying at the luxury Ocho Rios resort and can't wait to discover a country we've never been to before.
Having just returned from a recent trip to Marbella, I've been well and truly bitten by the holiday bug! I've only been back in the UK for less than 2 weeks but I'm already pining for the beach which I'll luckily be hitting again in May.
You know you can explore the North Pole from the comfort of your living room right, all you need is a small den and a big imagination.
I'm back from a fabulously relaxing holiday in Greece (and digi detox) so it's great to have #brilliantblogposts up and running again and blog life back in full swing! I've linked Our Holiday in Halkidiki post up to this week's post. I'm also adding my post which includes My First Beauty Vlog for those who've already read my holiday post. Hope you enjoy them!
For the next week I'll be enjoying a family holiday in stunning Halkidiki in Greece. I'll be totally switching off so there'll be no posts or linkies live from me or any social media interaction for that matter. My phone will be off as with all our family holidays. Fear not though, I'll be regramming on my return and blogging life will resume again before you know it. In the meanwhile, do check out any of my archive posts right here and why not head over to my style blog Mummy's Got Style too if you fancy a little fashion fix! I've also included some recent posts that are personal faves of mine you might like to read whiles I'm away! See you soon! Yasas! Vicki
I've been extremely lucky that I've been able to see so much of the world and from a young age too.
So like the millions of others, I too have succumbed to sampling this 'new' (I say new, but it's based on ancient principles of fasting) diet from Dr Michael Moseley. Like many, I watched his Horizon documentary: 'Eat, Fast and Live Longer' on BBC2 in total awe, rewatching it with my mother, both resolute we would give it a go.
My child is British but his ethnic origin is half Greek and the other half is well mostly English with a dash of French, Dutch and Welsh.
