As a blogger, I’m photography-obsessed!
I love to snap away and vlog my daily adventures (I’m a former film director), but I’m also lucky that I have my very own personal paparazzo in my husband, Peter too.
Taught by his Dad, Peter has been taking pictures since he was a kid and his images are simply stunning – whether he’s capturing sweet family moments or simply photographing me and the boys getting our pose on for a fashion shoot. He also takes the dreamiest photos of my culinary creations for the recipe section of this website.
It’s not just about the end result either. The process is special too-me cooking or baking, Peter shooting. When I look back at the photos, I remember the fun we had making and photographing each dish!
Although most of Peter’s photos are hosted on the blog and my social media channels, I wanted to cherish these visual memories IRL too.

I created another book dedicated to Happy-Makers, a visual prompt of things that simply make me smile.
This uplifting book aptly features a photo of a framed posted hanging in my picture which reads ‘happy’ on the cover and within features everything from pictures of my kids running in country fields with abandon to fresh sunflowers on my dressing table and us scoffing our favourite ice cream together!
And it does what it says on the cover-it really makes us all happy when we flick through it!
