‘Tis the season for a whole new wardrobe of dresses!

Christmas and new year are all about dressing up in super glam, statement dresses that are perfect for special occasions and dancing the night away (or you know, dancing around your lounge because young children mean you haven’t seen a club for longer than you can remember?!)

If you are getting out (or staying in) say yes to on trend party looks in reds, lace and art decor patterns.

Oh and of course, sequins and metallics are a MUST from every fashionista mama this time of year too!

And as it’s the party season, I’m excited to announce that I have teamed up with House of Fraser to offer one lucky Honest Mum reader the chance to win a £50 voucher that can be spent on their stunning dresses or any other items on their website you might fancy.

Here’s a few of my fave dresses from House of Fraser that are perfect for the festive period and beyond!

I need a pair of trousers that is stylish and comfortable. I have plenty of smart trousers that are not terribly comfy, especially after a good meal, and I also have some baggy old sweatpants that are comfortable but which I would never wear in public.

I would buy the Adrianna Papell Long Sleeve All Over Sequin Dress if I had the money! Fifty pounds would allow me to get something nice though, to keep for when I go to a party.

I don’t have anywhere to wear posh frocks unfortunately so I ‘d buy something nice each for my two lovely boys 🙂
