Always a stationery lover, I have more notebooks in my house than dark chocolate bars (and that’s saying something), lined ones, black ones, retro ones, flowery ones, neon ones that can’t be lost, they’re literally everywhere…by my bedside table, on my dressing table in between the perfume bottles and lipsticks, in my home office, the cupboard overflowing with wrapping paper and cards, on the playroom’s art desk…you get the picture!
As a writer, I adore putting pen to paper-yes I blog for a living so I’m often tapping away on my laptop but most blog posts start as scribbles in notepads, ideas at midnight or in the middle of the night finding a home quickly, ready to be digitized the next day?!
I also love sending letters and cards, there’s nothing nicer than receiving a little notelet in the post is there?!
Discovering Too Wrapped Up actually got me giddy, with their stunning collection of unique, vintage style stationary, gifts, cards and perfect presents…
I jumped for joy when they sent me lots of pretty things to share with you from notebooks to notelets, wrapping paper, quaint birthday cards, kids’ cushions and a kitchen candle posing as a jam jar.
Pretty huh?! And it smells good enough to eat!
Country-chic, ‘Too Wrapped Up’ is exactly my style, traditional but pretty, nostalgic and homely, they take me right back to my Beatrix Potter-filled childhood growing up in the quaint picturesque Yorkshire town of Ilkley!
And isn’t the kid’s cushion below just gorgeous? It looks so cute on Alexander’s bed and I adore its powerful message too!
These towels too are utterly lovable with their quirky illustrations and uplifting words!
