Your Own Virtual Stylist With Wallis Style Adviser

Your Own Virtual Stylist With Wallis Style Adviser.

Wouldn’t it be amazing to have your own personal shopper on call 24/7 a la the Hollywood A-listers?

#LifeGoals right?

I love shopping and over the years I’ve come to know what suits my hourglass body shape and what doesn’t, but that doesn’t stop me dreaming of having my own personal stylist, especially for red carpet outfits at the Cannes Film Festival or the Baftas.

Nowadays, I tend to do most of my shopping online, my crazy busy blogging life plus two bambinos, means a leisurely Saturday strolling around the shops is a rarity.

So luckily for my fellow time-poor fashionista’s, Wallis has launched its very own virtual style adviser which offers an online personal shopping experience based on your style preferences, body shape and features (such as hair and eye colour).

Oh…and it’s free to use too. Leaving more money for clothes 😉

I was recently invited by Wallis is to try the style advisor app on their website and discover wonderful outfits from their latest collection that suits my style and shape.

The Style Adviser site is incredibly easy to use, simply follow the different stages and answer a few questions.

The app is really comprehensive. First it covers colours

So how did the app do?

I was pretty impressed! It wasn’t all my style but the dresses were spot on. I’ve gushed about my love for ‘LBDs’ on this blog MANY times before and it Wallis’ style recommendation which brought up two I loved.

For the shoot, I headed to my Brother Solo’s restaurant, Giorgio’s in Leeds.

I j’adore this black knot wrap dress (£35) – it’s so versatile which suits my blogging life where I often find myself dashing from meetings to cocktails.

I love wrap dresses too – perfect for my hourglass shape.  I adore the flattering rouching too and the seductive but subtle cut.

The second ‘LBD delight’ was this gorgeous lace dress (£50). ‘Gothic Glamour’ is one of the AW15’s biggest trends and lace is one of the my favourite ways to embrace this look. Lace is timeless glamour.

Boots are suede New Look ankle boots-I’m living in these day and night at the moment!

My third choice from the selection, was this oh so chic monchrome 70s keyhole swing dress (£45)

Groovy baby!

70s is another on point trend this season and I love the flirty hem of the dress.

This isn’t a dress I would have usually chosen, which is one of the great things about the style adviser. Not only does it recommend the outfits that suit you specifically, it also opens you up to new styles you might not usually consider.

This dress is glam enough to accessories for a night out and would work well dressed down with a fitted suede jacket or cropped black cardigan by day.

Thanks for the recommendation Wallis Style Advisor app.

A key fashion tool I’ll be using for seasons to come!
