The last few months have seen me take on a new way of eating, nothing faddy, just a return to consistently eating well, sensibly and healthily, with treats in moderation. And guess what? I feel flipping fantastic.

Look, I’ll be honest (good job being Honest Mum hey) and state that I live by the 80/20 rule- and it makes me truly happy. I don’t feel guilty over a slice of cake when I fancy it and nothing is banned or off limits. I pack my diet with fruit and veg opting for lots of plant-based meals where possible and tonnes of fish and seafood.  We also eat a lot of oats and pulses and other slow releasing carbs too.  All good!

Lately, I’ve been researching milk and on discovering a2 Milk™ last year, it’s now all we drink milk-wise as a family. It’s delicious and lighter than other milk without any residue taste and what’s more, it’s stopped my dairy-related rashes from appearing.

Thousands of others have noticed the difference too.

Read what a2 Milk™ say,

‘a2 Milk™ is healthy cows’ milk with a difference. Gentle on sensitive tummies, easy to digest and less likely to trigger symptoms often associated with milk intolerance.
Originally all cows’ produced milk with only the A2 protein. Over time, some cows evolved and started to produce the A1 protein in their milk that can cause digestive problems. Fortunately, there are still plenty of A2 cows out there and it’s these cows that The a2 Milk Company™ specially select to make their a2 Milk™’.

We’ve been drinking it for months and whilst some other dairy can result in urticaria-style rashes on me, they’ve completely gone since I’ve switched to this.

My kids love it too!

…And, just as I thought a2 Milk™ couldn’t get any better, new research has been published revealing it significantly increases the natural production of the master antioxidant, glutathione, which is associated with a range of health benefits, such as the regeneration of immune cells and brain development.

The study, which was published in the latest issue of the UK based Nutrition Journal, showed that those who drank only a2 Milk™ had twice the levels of glutathione compared to those who drank milk containing the A1 protein.

Ah-mazing.

I literally can’t recommend this milk enough.
