This collab was before I became vegan.
We love entertaining here and it’s been a month of partying this November from my birthday (which has been dragged out for pretty much most of the month-well you only turn 35 once right?!… to my cousin’s epic 21st birthday party on Saturday night).
Last night, as my folks popped over, it was time for cheese and crackers, the perfect snack for entertaining, especially these decadent and delicious appetisers I can’t get enough of.
Wheat is not my friend but my Dad and Peter eat it so I mixed the plate with various Rye rice and wheat based crackers opting for organic brown rice cakes as my own personal base.
Squeezing delicious smoked salmon and cheese primula onto the rice cake, it was time to add sliced, ripe avocado on one, cucumber on the other and a sprig of coriander, currently flourishing on my window sill.
I love that Primula is real cheese that is gluten free, indulgent, full of flavour-the perfect healthy snack that’s fast become a fridge staple here.

The Primula Smoked Salmon tube is limited edition and features delicious chopped salmon with its creamy texture.
Olives gleaming in Extra Virgin Olive Oil were popped onto the plate, along with a juicy, halved and de-stoned avocado dressed in olive oil, organic apple cyder vinegar (full of health properties) and some smoked paprika to add a little kick.
