What Lucy learnt from going phone-less!
To celebrate John Lewis' opening a store in Leeds (whoop), I have a £50 gift card to give away to one lucky Honest Mum reader.
I popped into Matalan earlier today so thought I'd shoot a mini haul video when I got home for YouTube so you can all have a nosey at what I bought!
I'm utterly obsessed with bold accessories: statement necklaces, tasselled earrings, gold chunky bracelets-you know the drill-my dressing table quakes with the weight of it all, my husband is confused why I need one more pair of hoops (what does he know?) But I have to admit to a bit of a chequered past when it comes to shades.
So, the third and final instalment of 'Things I've Learnt on Holiday with Kids...' is here because well, the holidays are nearly over and it's time to reflect again amigos so here goes...
So we've been in Cannes for the last week after a blissful 6 days in Avignon where we're returning on Thursday-and it must be said, holidaying by the coast with my kids is totally different to my usual champagne-fuelled film festival shenanigans (naturally)- but it's been just as awesome (despite the constant urge to get booty shaking by night)!

Oh Wales-it seems so long ago now that we were there but it was literally only a week ago! Luckily, I treated myself to yet another notebook (I have a REAL and pretty consuming obsession with notebooks-and stationery in general)! but this one was a necessity- and meant I could scribble down notes during our lush week away making it easier to reflect back and write this post.
