There are Cornish views as I type this – except it is dark because who has time to blog during the day in half term! Holidays in Cornwall filled with pasties, ice creams, fudge and cream teas and grandparents primed to spoil equal joy for my children and despair for their dietitian mum!
Today, I welcome dietician, Laura Clarke of LEC Nutrition, with her super tips to help support fussy eaters.
Knowing what to feed your kids can be a minefield for parents. Naturally as parents we want to feed our children healthy meals packed full of vitamins, calcium and other vital nutrients while still offering them the odd sweet treat and even occasional *whispers Maccy D's!
We're all so busy, parenting is 24/7, even if you're not with your kids for 24/7-it's hard to truly switch off.
Mid January (the 13th to be precise) saw me spend an evening with healthy, new yoghurt drink Optiwell, a bunch of bloggers, and my newest collaborator here on the blog (more of that soon) registered Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist Laura Clark, at the Cowshed in Shoreditch House, London.
