About me

Hi! I’m Vicki, mum to Oliver, 12, Xander, 9, and baby Florence who was born in November 2021. I’m also a multi award-winning lifestyle blogger, broadcaster and author.

I wrote the bestselling book Mumboss-The Honest Mum’s Guide To Surviving and Thriving at Work and at Home (UK) in 2018 and the US and Canadian version titled The Working Mom was released in 2021.

1 year old with the longest hair in the world?! 😜. Florence was born with a full head of thick hair and she hasn’t lost any. It’s just grown and grown and when damp, is down her back! It’s curly so bounces up once dry. It’s gorgeous but high maintenance! Did your babies have lots of hair too? ❄️ We’re full of festive cheer now that we’re back from a Sunday fun day at the Ice Cube at Christmas fair in Leeds city centre ❄️. Have you visited a Christmas market/ funfair yet? Highly recommend. Also a little tip for creators out there: I quickly grabbed these clips during the last half an hour we spent at the fair so I could be fully present and enjoy myself for the first hour and an half. I edited the video on the car journey home. I love making video content (I used to be a TV director and filmmaker) but I don’t want to miss out on living life through my own eyes 👀 either! Florence has recently developed a dairy allergy (hence the recent hospital visit) so I’ll be making dairy-free cheesecake for her from now on.
