A magical Sunday.
Stop sweating what other people think of you.
Life can be a little bit surreal at times and in some respects it can feel, well, a little bit full circle. I know I'm being ambiguous but bare with me... On Thursday night I attended the film première of Eddie the Eagle, a movie made by Lionsgate UK, a company I used to work for.
I wanted to share my latest showreel (it's what directors such as myself use to get more commissions: a short montage of the highlights of my directing work). Included below are clips from my multi award winning* short films, TV docs, drama, music videos, promos, fashion films and commercials. I've been fortunate enough to have worked with some of the finest actors and crew working today.
Amancay Tapia is a film director based in London. She directed the feature film 'Campo de Batalla' (Battlefield) and despite a shoestring budget, it was commercially released in cinemas in Bolivia, Colombia and Spain as well as in independent cinema venues in London.
I've been meaning to blog for ages now but well, life has gotten in the way.
