Do you know the ingredients to a perfect day? Well, I do *smug face.
We 'huge hearts in eyes emoji' LOVE Beningbrough Hall, the Georgian mansion in York surrounded by fairytale-esque gardens currently dotted with Brothers Grim style pumpkin patches and rosy apple trees swaying in the breeze.
Saturday saw us head out in the sunshine for a glorious day at the most tranquil and captivating of Georgian mansions: Beningbrough Hall in York. It was the day before spring had officially sprung but the gardens told us otherwise.
We adore Beningbrough Hall, just outside of York, a short drive from where we live-it's one of those majestic baroque mansions with grounds that prides itself on being warm and child-friendly-and it is that. It also makes you feel utterly serene the moment you enter. An ideal antidote to Christmas mania.
Fun in the sun on Saturday meant heading to one of our favourite places in Yorkshire-Beningbrough Hall.
