Sundried has been a firm favourite of mine since I discovered them a year ago back in April 2018 when they kindly offered to gift me some pieces I’ve gone on to wear and wear.

Be it long runs, short sprints, power-walks or even yoga classes, I’ve given this brand a work-out for over a full and busy year and they absolutely get the thumbs up from me.

I was recently sent some more items to road-test and have a special competition for you guys and a discount code so don’t go anywhere!.

I realise how lucky I am to be gifted gorgeous items and hearing from lots of happy readers when they win prizes here, spanning everything from holidays to epic chocolate hampers (yum), really makes me smile.

I digress. Back to fashion (food always distracts me) and these flattering, fitted, sporty pieces I know you’ll love as much as I do.

This is my mum uniform to be honest. Gym or no gym, you’ll see me wearing leggings, a tee and hoodie most days. Wearing them first thing, encourages me to work out to. It’s my reminder to get active even if that’s just a power walk round the block.

Versatile, comfy and stylish, they’re made using the most advanced technology on the planet including anti-odour, UV protection, and temperature control material, and most importantly, every piece is ethical and sustainable and sold at a fair price.

First up, and sorry I didn’t get a snap but I was far too shy (!) the Sundried Bristen Women’s Sports bra I’m wearing underneath my tee is the COMFIEST SPORTS BRA I’VE EVER WORN. Fitted, supportive and breathable too, I might just wear it every day.

The Sundried Whitney Women’s Rolled Sleeve Cotton T-Shirt in turquoise is a classic, fitted tee that works well for running, cycling, commuting or chilling in. The tranquil colour is a favourite of mine. In fact I love Sundried’s pastel palette, a rare find when it comes to sportswear.

Hello to0 to the hoodie. They sent me another Sundried Grand Tournalin Women’s Hoodie so I have two now (one to wear when the other’s in the wash) and I’m always complimented about it.

Just check out its USPs

I have an old sweat shirt with the logo – I can, but I probably wont / Maybe it’s time, I have a new inspirational motto, I can and I will – of course, I need a new inspirational wardrobe to help me on my journey x

On Boxing day , I decided enough was enough, I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, I weighed 298lbs, and was nearly sedentary. My step dad gave me his old fitbit, and I set it too 8000 steps per day and starting eating a more healthier diet, I am now 275lbs, my step count is 9000 per day, and I am loving it! I feel that slower progress means I am making real changes to my life, and mind, I don’t feel like I have dieted, or deprived myself, I am making long term changes. Some workout clothes would be great
