Honest Mum’s Brilliant Blog Posts Linky 30th August

brilliant blog postsGuys. I’m keeping this short and sweet as I’m about to have a day off so the out of office is on (YAAAS) but please do come link up and have some fun!

This week, I’m sharing the 50 life-enhancing lessons I’ve learned in my late 30s (which might just be one of my all time fave posts) and some exciting news too: I’m writing (and posing) for Laura Ashley each month and you can catch my first post over on their site here:

Honest Mum x Laura Ashley

…I’ve had a long love affair with Laura Ashley from visiting their store with my mum as a child (my bedroom was adorned with their famous floral wallpaper which would now hilariously be termed vintage) and later of course I’ve collected their homeware and bought chic pieces from their fashion collection as a mum myself. In fact, the very first coat I bought after the birth of Oliver (now 8) was from their Ilkley store and I’ve never forgotten the confidence boost it gave me when I felt anything but bold about my body. That’s how transformative fashion can be (there’s nothing frivolous about it, that’s for sure). I hope you enjoy my first post linked below too. Thanks to Lauren Jobling for styling me and Peter the husband for the photos!

Thanks for linking up!
