Vicki-Honest Mum

Last Friday I headed to the haven that is Revive Tanning & Beauty Salon in Collingham, Leeds for a bit of pampering (I am loving all these beauty reviews)!

Wanting to add some lashes for a little impact to my eyes (especially pre photo shoot above for my new profile and Grazia picture) and liking the sound of not needing mascara for a few weeks, I opted for the Nouveau lashes.

Jo, my expert beauty therapist informed me I had healthy, long lashes (thanks Jo) so she was simply going to build on those and give me a natural but greater defined look, adding longer lashes towards the end of my lash line.

It only took 40 minutes to add them to both eyes, there was no irritation or pain and although they initially feel a little different on my eyes, they’re no heavier than standard temporary lashes and offer minimum effort when it comes to make up while you have them on.

The lashes generally last for 2 weeks if you’re careful (no water on them for 48 hours after application or oily make up remover and mascara) and Jo recommends taking a break from them before reapplying in a few weeks.

And aren’t they lovely and fluttery?

Ideal for a pick you-up, special occasion, holidays or the the upcoming Christmas parties you want to look your best for.

I left feeling a million dollars with my naturally looking long lashes and was delighted that Noveau Lashes even shared my pictures over on their FB page too!

Wearing lashes that are too long or too thick for your lashes can actually cause damage in the long run, so you need to make your sure your extensions aren’t too much longer or thicker than your natural lashes.

GORGEOUS!!! The eyelashes are fabulous! I had some done when I turned 30 and it was so relaxing (Reuben was around 9/10 months and still not sleeping through so from I slept from the minute I lay down until it was done – amazing!). Plus it looked fabulous for the next few weeks and my make up routine took literally minutes! I really should do it again!

I LOVE THEM!! How gorgeous. I’d love long, fluttery lashes. I’d definitely consider them for over Christmas for a bit of glam x
