I love overnight oats and here, White’s Oats offer the perfect recipe to fill you up for breakfast or any time of the day! I opt for a vegan version which is great for Xander too as he’s dairy-free and make this often. It’s also a great mid afternoon snack to get you out of slump.

Whole grains have four times the amount of fibre as refined grains, and help maintain a healthy digestive system. And to top it all off, oats are low in saturated fat and actively help to lower cholesterol.
The kids love oats too and I try and make this for them to enjoy a couple of times a week. They are so active so I feel reassured they’re full when they start their day off with something oat-based.

- 40g Whites Organic Jumbo Porridge Oats
- 40g Whites Speedicook Oats
- 280ml plant-based milk/ milk
- 10g Toasted Sunflower & Pumpkin Seeds
- 20g Raisins
- 10g Chia Seeds
- Grated Apple
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and transfer into two jam jars. Make sure the lid is airtight and leave to soak the in the fridge overnight. In the morning add a dollop of coconut yogurt, a sprinkle of toasted seeds and a handful of blueberries and sliced banana. Then drizzle with maple syrup.
Anything you fancy. I like decadent dark chocolate drizzled on top on the weekend!
