I love a bit of colour clashing and a print clash come to that (but more of that another time)-quirky, a little bit eccentric but style with edge.
Last week when I had new headshots done for my weekly piece for Grazia Daily and my blogs, I played around with various hat and coat combinations so I thought I’d share one of my favourite looks with you above and below-
This one here made it become my new style head shot-
And this one is for Grazia!
…The coat and hat you might well have seen before on the blog but not together -along with my Fever London pink frock-peach, pink and monochrome, it really shouldn’t work but somehow it does, right?
This pinky, peachy boyfriend coat was picked up in Topshop last A/W and sold out so quickly, friends of mine who wanted one after seeing it on me just couldn’t get their hands on it.
The hat was a total bargain too, brand new in it’s packaging by M&S discovered in Oxfam, Harrogate-that particular branch is also a designer and vintage specialist too with a dedicated floor to the most stunning dresses and gowns upstairs so do pop in if you’re ever close by!
A do love a hat and as my Mum says, I apparently have a “hat head”! I started wearing hats aged 12 thanks to the ‘Blossom’ effect, remember how she and her best friend Six wore them constantly and well since then, I’ve never stopped!
