Celebrating the Launch of My Friend Michelle Collins’ Skincare Range M C SKIN TRUTH® (+ Competition)
I’ve been friends with the talented and beautiful Michelle Collins for ten years now (!) as Michelle starred in short films I directed, pre-blogging days, and we’ve had lots of fun together over the years be it partying at the Cannes Film Festival, collaborating on creative projects or simply supporting one another for special occasions and life’s milestones. I’ll never forget Michelle driving all the way to Leeds from North London for Oliver’s christening, and no one throws a New Year’s Eve party like Michelle.
It was an honour to attend Michelle’s launch of her new skincare range M C SKIN TRUTH® recently, celebrating another exciting chapter in Michelle’s incredible career: beauty and skincare.
A glamorous evening set at the stunning Champneys Tring, with a gathering of close friends of Michelle’s and the press, we raised several (!) glasses to celebrate M C SKIN TRUTH® and Pellum Vero®, a complete skincare range by Michelle.
It was truly wonderful and completely hilarious to hang out with my good friends actress Harriet Thorpe, and Charlotte, as always and of course, catch up with lots of mutual friends (many Michelle introduced me to). I adored meeting legendary drag artist La Voix, above too.
WHAT A FUN NIGHT!
…I actually remember Michelle telling me about her plans to launch a skincare range a couple of years ago as it’s always been her ambition, and a chance meeting with a product developer who worked at Croda was serendipitous as it led to her being introduced to one of their renowned chemists who developed a skincare brand with her.
Pellum Vero is composed with Michelle’s favourite ingredients targeted at the thirty plus skin, helping to restore skin and combat signs of ageing.
So, what’s in the range?
PELLUM VERO® from M C Skin Truth® is a five-step beauty regime which contains active ingredients and is suitable for everybody. The collection is versatile and works well for all skin ages, particularity 30+.
When Michelle researched the brand, women were seeking mid-range priced products with high end formulae and that’s exactly what she’s given them.
The products’ fragrance is Green Tea (one of my faves) as its qualities are valued around the world and smells divine, and the skincare range helps replace elements of the skin that are lost as women age, restoring the skin’s elasticity whilst offering preventative qualities too.
I adore the Pellum Vero® products and have noticed softer, brighter skin since using them. YOU HAVE TO TRY THEM!
