Cantaloupe, Orange and Turmeric Juice

I’m a huge fan of juicing as it’s a brilliant way to get goodness into the whole family’s bodies! My eldest Oliver is bit of a fussy eater, so juicing is a fab way of sneaking fruit and vegetables into his diet, especially for breakfasts on the (school) run!

I’ve been juicing, mostly veggie with the odd piece of fruit almost daily and I feel really energised for it!

When it comes to juicing one of my go-to recipe books is the rather fabulous Mae + Harvey’s No Ordinary Juice book by Natasha Sayliss, which is jam-packed with recipes for juices, smoothies and so much more. Both cantaloupe and oranges are loaded with vitamin C, so this is a great drink to give you a bit of a boost. The turmeric brings all the warm flavours together and creates a lovely bright drink.

Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • ½ cantaloupe, seeds and skin removed
  • 1 orange, zest and pith removed
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric


  1. Add all ingredients to a juicing machine. Serve chilled.
