Is this week flying by, or going super slow, for you? I’m experiencing both depending on how well my kids behave, day to day over this half term holiday.
I’ve consumed a fair bit of wine that’s for sure, and I even ended up having a teenage style PMT fuelled sulk the other day when I felt no one was listening to me! My boys are pretty well behaved for the most part, but when the weather is rubbish and we’ve been contained and cooped up indoors, the inevitable stir-craziness ensues. The good news is, we’re off to London for the rest of the week to recce areas for our move in the summer, and for some much-needed fun with friends.
I’d love to hear what you guys are all up to, half term or not, and do please come link up your posts and videos, old, new and as many as you like as always because it’s Brilliant Blog Posts, y’all!
I adore reading and watching your work, and I love this linky. It’s something which has run for years on my blog and has introduced me to bloggers and vloggers I now call close friends as well as wonderful, new people each and every week. Leaving comments both on my site and others’ is great way to increase your blogs’ visibility as well as boosting SEO with back links on quality sites (all of ours) online. Comments are a great traffic referrer too, so do comment on the ones I’ve linked up, and others’ posts too of course, which catch your eye.
Thank you so much everyone for contributing and sharing your work here, it really means a lot to me.
Please do tell your friends about the linky, as absolutely everyone is welcome!
This week, I’m sharing a post on the power of maternal love and the (sometimes, crazy) things I’ve done in its name, from throwing myself in front of a car to suffering with a bout of self-inflicted sciatica dancing to Bieber. True story.
I’ve also linked up this low carb chocolate mousse recipe you’ll truly fall in love with that I can’t b***** stop eating. Not sure how healthy it remains when you eat 2 large ones in one go but hey, I enjoyed myself.
Now go have fun and show everyone what you’re got x

Thanks for hosting Vicki – good luck with the house (area) hunting! I think I may need that chocolate mousse too, heading over now…!!

That mousse looks amazing!! It’s half term here this week and although it started fast, it’s slowed a bit due to a series of colds emerging from the kids (!) Ag well. C’est la vie!
