Hey bloggers, welcome back to another week of Brilliant Blog Posts.
For this Thursday, I’m linking up a personal post on how I’ve redesigned my online life. I hope it might inspire you a little bit too and I hope to go live on FB offering some tips on how to free yourself from your phone and prioritise the things that matter in work and life. I’m no expert but do feel less stressed and more content in all areas since making some changes.
I’ve also had a little online make over too with a new blog theme and there are more changes to come so watch this space (literally)!
Also I was debating live with Piers Morgan on ITV’s Good Morning Britain on Monday so will share a post soon on that day, thanks for all your comments on those who caught me. I really hope this smoking ban in play areas for kids happens across the UK…
Here I am with my sister from another mister Susanna Reid (lots have said we look similar before but I’ve only recently realised this)!
Thanks to my girl Hayley of Downs Side Up for the pic below of me on the box.
Also, non-related to this week but my husband Peter took some stunning photos of little Xander who turned 4 last week as we caught the last of the September sun and back home in Christmas PJs (as you do) playing with his beloved dinosaurs so I wanted to share a few here (as opposed to writing a dedicated post).
Alexander is such a lively, bright and loving little boy who keeps reminding me he’s not a baby anymore! Weep!
Please, as always come link up your posts, tweet me your urls and I’ll RT to my nearly 30k followers giving you some PR and do comment on my post linked up and of course those which catch your eye here. Commenting is crucial to giving yourself and your own blog/url visibility and really does drive traffic as well as SEO boosts on sites which offer you do-follow links (as mine does) a push too.
Linkies really are an amazing way to get your posts seen by as many people as possible.
Thanks again for joining and supporting x

Loved watching your behind the scenes youtube video of GMB! How exciting!
Congrats on the GMB appearance! My husband worked with Susannah when she presented BBC Breakfast and says she’s lovely. I just assumed smoking was already banned in play areas, but I suppose that’s because to me it’s common sense! Beautiful photos of Xander 🙂

Absolutely what I said, common sense but nope, this proposed ban is a voluntary one. Susanna is really lovely, thanks for your comment and kind words x
Thank you for hosting! Just found you on Twitter. Love your blog!!
You were utterly fabulous on the telly box Vicki! We all gathered round to watch you. Natty said ‘Shhhh!’ to Piers, she wanted more of you. Thank you for the include, not my finest photography hour, but captured how gorgeous you looked! H x
Haha love that! That means so much, I totally cringe watching myself back so your words and all your support means a lot, thank you xx
Wow, stunning photos of Alexander. I can’t believe I missed the Piers Morgan debate. Maybe it’s available on catch up somewhere. xx

Not seen GMB but you do look similar. You are awesome. I am still trying to find the balance xx
I may not be in the majority here, but I would LOVE to debate with Piers Morgan. He is on my Fantasy Dinner Party guestlist. #brillblogposts
Oh it was brilliant, he’s razor sharp and whilst he’s tough that’s his style!

Good morning Vicki, the photos of Xander are cute, he sounds like a lad after my own heart (it’s never too early to wear Christmas PJs!). I look forward to reading how you redesigned your online life, sounds like an interesting read.
Thank you for hosting.
xx
Thanks so much Debbie, he’s a real character xx
I don’t get GMB in my part of the world, but I love what you stand for. Smoking is banned in and near play areas, bus stops, and all covered walk area in Singapore already. Hopefully it will happen in Britain soon too!
Oh that’s wonderful to read and as it should be, I hope the UK follows
What absolutely stunning pictures of Xander! I hope he had a lovely birthday 🙂 Emily
Thanks so much Emily, he had the best birthday x
Balance can be our saving grace—I don’t know why it takes us so long to realize it!!
