Welcome back my amazing babes! I’ve just returned from the most blissful two days at Champneys Tring and I honestly feel like a new woman. I left feeling MEH and returned feeling YEAH which has reminded me of the importance of self-care and taking time out to simply chill out. I’ve had 3 weeks off work, pretty much post-op but am now feeling myself again bar a little pain at night so it’s time to return to work slowly but surely while prioritising ‘me time’ whenever I can. You with me?
