Welcome back to Brilliant Blog Posts and who else is excited that January is finally over? We’re one month closer to spring folks and I can’t wait!

brilliant blog posts-Honest Mum

For this week’s Brilliant Blog Posts, I’m linking up a must-read post for all my fellow bloggers and small business owners. The formidable, Nicola Tuxford of Exposure Ninja, is sharing a beginner’s guide to SEO to help get you rising the ranks of Google.

As every blogger/entrepreneur knows, SEO is an essential part of the marketing mix however, talk of algorithms, metadata and keywords can often feel overwhelming – especially if you have little experience in digital marketing. Nicola’s fab guide breaks down the need-to-know of SEO from optimising keywords to the tools you should be using so you can take your blog or business to the next level. SEO is an area I love to find out more about, I adore the creative side of blogging and equally adore the tech side. Read the post HERE.

I’m also sharing my own post on one of most fun afternoons I’ve ever had, celebrating my great friend and blogger extraordinaire Lela London‘s birthday at The 90s Brunch in London.

My fellow 90s kids will love. love. love this post and my vlog of the afternoon which is jam-packed with nostalgia and 90s references.

I mean check out Lela’s fabulous Cher from Clueless-inspired outfit!

Thanks for hosting, Vicki – that brunch looked like so much fun!! Plus I’m also so excited for you about moving back down south… I hate having to travel up to London all the time, I’d do anything to be able to move back!!!!
