Wow it’s that time again, a chance to share your best posts for Brilliant Blog Posts. Last week was my busiest week with 107 linked up posts, thanks to you all for supporting the linky and I love receiving tweets about how successful you find it when it comes to driving traffic and receiving blog post comments.
The more love you get as always, the love you’ll receive back. That being said I ask you just comment on two posts minimum and one of mine, if you would be so kind and don’t stress yourself as there are so many linked up, I can just about comment on them all myself and blogging is my full time job!
This week I’m linking up a post I wrote earlier in the week about losing 6 kilos. It’s an anti-diet post really as I’ve never once felt like I’m dieting, I’ve just changed what I eat and it’s not just affected cosmetic changes in me, of looking slimmer but I also feel better than ever.
I’m sleeping well (no easy feat with my two), it’s stopped the odd nightmare and I have more energy than before. I’m not prescribing you should follow it, we must all find the best way to eat for ourselves but you might be inspired with a couple of tips here and there!
