A Review of Studio Emma Kaufmann and Win Cushions Worth £155

My talented friend, artist and blogger Emma Kaufmann of Emma’s Pet Portraits got in touch recently offering to add some much-needed bursts of colour to our living room and new home.

A lover of bold home decor anyway-the kitchen is red and yellow with black and white tiled floors, with the lounge and the rest of the home, neutral in contrast in a palette of pastel pinks, blues and greys allowing the artwork and furnishings to offer the bursts of colour and vibrancy, reflecting my personality perfectly.

These stunning Yummy Hummingbird design cushions depict an endangered saw-billed hermit hummingbird feasting on a large torch ginger (this design is featured here on 2 sofa cushions and 1 large floor cushion, former £30 each, latter, £95)- real statement pieces against my revamped vintage cream velvet chaise longue and slate grey leather sofa from IKEA.

The darling woodland Little Owl Cushion is perfect for Oliver’s bedroom that features an oak bed and turquoise light shades too-I just love the owl’s sweet eyes and expression which matches my own little owl’s too!

One little owl for another huh!
