I’m excited to announce that I’m hosting an event with Stylist Magazine on Friday the 27th of November as part of their popular Reclaim Your Lunch Campaign!
Taking place in London at one of my favourite restaurants, Aubaine in Marylebone, I will be hosting an exclusive workshop on Turning Passion Into Pounds with my close friend and collaborator Jessica Huie MBE of Colour Blind Cards and JHPR.
This masterclass will focus on how to turn your creative talent into a rewarding and successful career.
Both Jess and I will provide insight into how we set up our own successful businesses, each borne from our own personal passions.
Having worked as an award-winning film director, I launched my critically acclaimed blog Honest Mum following the traumatic birth of my first son and have since turned the blog into a successful business working with global brands, employing a team of three and featuring on national TV.
Jessica Huie MBE is an award-winning entrepreneur and founder of Color Blind Cards and JH Public Relations. In recognition for her contribution to diversity and influence on her community, Jessica was awarded an MBE aged just 34.
Jessica represents brilliant personalities, entrepreneurs and industry experts with her award winning boutique agency, having worked with Samuel L Jackson, former ‘Dragon’ Hilary Devey and Kelly Rowland to name but a few.
Jess and i will also provide useful hints and tips into getting your creative business off the ground.
I’m so excited to be working with Stylist as part of their Reclaim Your Lunch campaign, which is all about encouraging people to take a break from work (us Brits have a bad habit of working through our lunch breaks) which will help with our overall wellbeing and also productivity too!
